Our guards strictly perform according to the requirements of the safety industry & compulsory training, thus ensuring that proper strategies, codes and procedures will be adhered to and followed at all times.

ROLL OUT PLAN
In order to understand the specific needs and requirements of our clients, we follow a comprehensive Roll out Plan, ensuring optimum results.
The Roll-Out Plan is followed by certain Procedures, as addressed below. The Roll Out Plan, briefly consists of the following:
- It is imperative to prioritize a security contract
- Determination of historic experience and future developments on the premises
- High risk areas of previous incidents
- Understand client requirements
- Union activities
- Client employee’s composition
- Detailed site risk analysis
- Staff employment strategy
PROCEDURE
Once an agreement with the client has been confirmed in writing every operational department has a role to fulfil.
The operational team is responsible for visiting the site and gaining a thorough understanding of the Client’s needs and requirements.
Manpower to be selected and most suitable personnel to be deployed.
Job specifications are drafted for each post in close consultation with the client.
Once the client is satisfied with the job description, service assessments are done and evaluated.
Our administrative team will facilitate the contractual arrangement and processes, once the above has been executed.
